Templates are basic structures for your note. You can choose one from our library or you can make your own (recommended)! Everyone has their own style - ex. You may need a template that does just an HPI and Assessment/Plan section while your EMR fills in the rest. Maybe it's useful for you to generate personalized discharge instructions based on your note. Maybe you need to generate billing codes based on a fixed set of codes you input in your template. The possibilities are endless!

Yes! This is how you get the most out of this service. Two easy ways to do this. You can either Custom-write your instructions OR Auto-Generate a Template by pasting in a sample note of yours. In the Custom option, you can write generic instructions ("Write a pediatric GI follow-up note") or a specific format you want your notes in (ex. HPI: [4-5 sentences about presenting illness, include pertinent negatives]..etc etc) -- you make the rules. If you'd rather not write this yourself, you can instead use the Auto-Generate option - just paste a sample note in and the AI will understand the format for your future notes and create a Template for you. Remember, you can always edit these later in your Settings!

When you create a custom Template (and we highly recommend you do!), there is an option to include Reminders for yourself. As the name would suggest, these serve to remind you how to get the most out of the Template you made. For example, if you made a Template that generates discharge summaries based on notes that you copy-paste into the textbox, you might want to include a Reminder that says "Paste the admission H&P, all progress notes, and include the admission and discharge dates." When you select a Template, these Reminders will appear as green checkmarks and so you won't face the "blank page" problem and you'll know exactly what elements you really ought to include to get the best note generated! You have to give the medical AI something to work with when you select a Template, the Reminders help make sure you do that.

Unlike other AI services, no medical/note information is ever collected/stored in any capacity. As it is encrypted end-to-end, we ourselves cannot even see any information/notes submitted and have made best efforts to exceed HIPAA compliance and encryption standards. We trained our system on thousands of de-identified notes to maximize medical accuracy and we use industry standards to exceed HIPAA compliance encryption. Your notes are never trained on for our AI models. A BAA (Business Associate Addendum) is part of our terms of service.

We charge just $249/YEAR and offer 1000 writes/month (count resets on the 1st each month). For 99% of clinicians, this should be sufficient for all your notes, including the re-writes. Yes! Many physicians consider this a business expense and all receipts are immediately emailed upon purchase from our trusted payment partner, Stripe. At this time, we do not offer refunds, all purchases are final. However, we do offer a full 2 week free trial.

Some hospitals block payments via their internet firewalls. You can feel assured this is common practice and you should be able to purchase on your mobile phone on our website using your internet data (not hospital wifi) to create/purchase an account in a few seconds. Then you can login on any hospital browser. We use Stripe, a globally trusted payment processor, and no payment information is ever stored/collected from our service.

Try "Refine This Note" with more specific instructions after your note is generated. If you find yourself always refining your notes, you can edit your custom Template anytime in your Settings to fine tune what you need. You may not get it right on the first or second try - but keep going! As you edit your Template or specific formatting instructions, our medical AI will get better at giving you want you want. If you're stuck and can't get the note you need, try the Auto-Generate feature when you create a Template. Just paste in a sample note (exactly as you want it) and let us create a Template in your style for you (You can edit these later too)!
