Yes! That is one of our biggest use cases for busy students/residents/clinicians on the go! Just login on our website on your mobile browser and select your Template like usual. You can copy/paste/email them anywhere right after you finish.

Templates are custom intructions for your note. You can make your own (recommended!) or choose one from our library. Everyone has their own style - ex. You may need a template that does just an HPI and Assessment/Plan section since your EMR may do the exam and other portions. Maybe you need the AI to read your note and make it more defensible or generate billing codes based on your custom list. The possibilities are endless!

Yes! This is where the magic happens. Two easy ways to do this. You can either Custom-write your instructions OR Auto-Generate a Template by pasting in a sample note of yours. In the Custom option, you can write generic instructions ("Write a SOAP note") or a specific format you want your notes in (HPI: [4-5 sentences about complaint, include pertinent negatives]..etc etc) -- you make the rules. If you'd rather not write this yourself, you can use the Auto-Generate option - just paste a sample note in and the AI will understand the format for your future notes. Once you create a Template, it will be available in your dropdown to select a Template. Remember, you can always edit these later in Settings!

Yes! You can easily copy/edit/email anything you generate so you can access it anywhere else! Note: For security/privacy, we never store notes/PHI/generated content of any kind and our models never train on your input/output.

Yes! You can paste in labs/rad reports and have it analyze to add context to your notes, or paste prior notes in to generate discharge summaries, or anything else you can think of! Use your imagination! We always recommend checking all output since no AI can ever be perfectly error-free.

Yes! You can edit them yourself or you can ask our AI to. For example, you can tell it "Add more detail to my Assessment/Plan section" and watch it do its magic!

When you create a custom Template (and we highly recommend you do!), there is an option to include Reminders for yourself. These serve to remind you how to get the most out of the Template you made. For example, if you made a Template that generates discharge summaries based on notes that you copy-paste into the textbox, you might want to include a Reminder that says "Paste the admission H&P, all progress notes, and include the admission and discharge dates." This way, you'll remember exactly what you really should include to get the best note generated.

Unlike other AI services, no medical/note information is ever collected/stored in any capacity. As it is encrypted end-to-end, we ourselves cannot even see any information/notes submitted and have made best efforts to greatly exceed HIPAA compliance and encryption standards. We trained our system on tens of thousands of de-identified notes to maximize medical accuracy and we exceed industry standards on HIPAA compliance and encryption. Your notes are never trained on for our AI models. A BAA (Business Associate Addendum) is already part of our terms of service.

We charge $14.99/month or $149/year (17% discount!) but sometimes we run discounts! Both plans offer 1000 writes/month (resets on the 1st each month). Yes! Many physicians consider this a business expense and all receipts are immediately emailed upon purchase from our trusted payment partner, Stripe. Typically, customers that expense this tend to purchase annual plans so they don't need to send multiple receipts. At this time, we do not offer refunds, all purchases are final. However, we do offer a full 2 week free trial to test all our features pre-purchase.

Some hospitals block payments via their internet firewalls. You can feel assured this is common practice and you should be able to purchase on your mobile phone on our website using your internet data (not hospital wifi) to create/purchase an account in a few seconds. Then you can login on any hospital browser. We use Stripe, a globally trusted payment processor, and no payment information is ever stored/collected from our service.

Try "Refine This Note" with more specific instructions after your note is generated. If you find yourself always refining your notes, you can edit your custom Template anytime in your Settings to fine tune what you need. You may not get it right on the first or second try - but keep going! As you edit your Template or specific formatting instructions, our medical AI will get better at giving you want you want. If you're stuck and can't get the note you need, try the Auto-Generate feature when you create a Template. Just paste in a sample note (exactly as you want it) and let us create a Template in your style for you (You can edit these later too)!
